Unfurl new thinking

About me

I’m a coach and facilitator.  I’ve been helping people think more clearly for 20 years – as a caring colleague, manager and leader as well as a coach, facilitator and mentor. I’m based in Midlothian. I love being outdoors, enjoy cycling, swimming, singing in a choir and volunteering with young people.

Coaching

As a coach, I partner with women to navigate the mid-career stage, where you might be feeling that you have lost sight of what used to bring you joy in your professional life.

I can support you if you’re feeling burnt out – motivated by my own experience and inspired by the very skilled women who helped me get untangled and re-imagine.

Facilitation

As a facilitator, I work with your team to deepen your connection with your purpose and with one another, leading to more effective team work. I can help you to better understand one another’s styles and preferences, discover what connects you as people and have much more authentic conversations with confidence and integrity.

Mentoring

As a mentor, I can guide you on how to improve communication, engage people in change, bring employee voice into your day to day work and build a stronger organisational culture.

Professional background

My professional background is internal communications, engagement and workplace culture. Before training as a coach, I worked in an international aid agency and then in higher education where I supported leaders, managers and their people to communicate intentionally and to create great workplace cultures together.

I have worked with colleagues and clients of many nationalities, and inter-cultural richness is something I understand well from my combined Scottish and Spanish roots.
