What is coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative and creative process which gives you the support, process and space to think well.
I am a transformative coach which means I take a holistic approach, supporting you to explore beliefs, assumptions, values and expectations to help you create greater possibilities for ways of being in life.
How I can help
I coach women who want to feel the joy (again!) in their work. If this strikes a chord, I could be the coach for you.

- You have fallen out of love with what you do and want to find your spark again, or you are considering a change and exploring new possibilities.
- You are leading a team and looking for support to co-create a positive and empowering team culture.
I create and hold a space that allows you to access new thinking and alternative perspectives. This can feel like a rare and precious thing, among all the busyness of life.
We will go deeper than simply ‘what do I need to do’, into ‘what is keeping me stuck’. Some clients describe this as loosening a knot; others as being able to hear themselves think.

We will start with a discovery session, to see if coaching is right for you and if we would work well together. There is no charge for this.
I offer two types of 1:1 coaching – open and themed:
1:1 open coaching
Open coaching is where the content is entirely brought by you. You might bring a challenge, goal or change you want to focus on over multiple sessions, or you might bring different topics to each session.
I offer open coaching over 12, 6 or 3 months. Coaching conversations are typically 60 minutes, but if you need a more in-depth session or a shorter focused session, we can be flexible.
In each session we will identify what you want from the conversation, we will explore what you bring, and you will leave with a commitment to action that feels right.
As well as regular sessions, I can also provide you with prompts to help you reflect and progress between sessions if you wish. We will check-in regularly that the coaching is meeting your needs, adapting as we go.
You may prefer this if you are familiar with coaching already, or if you prefer a more emergent approach.
I offer tiered pricing, depending on your circumstances.
1:1 themed coaching
Themed coaching is more structured in that you know the topics that we will cover in each session in advance. We use the session topic as a jumping off point.
I offer a 12-session themed coaching programme which will support you to reconnect with yourself and what’s most important.
Topics we cover include:
- Your strengths, values and story
- Beliefs, self-talk and stepping away from the drama
- Callings, resilience and balance
After each trio of sessions, you will have a chance to reflect on what you are learning about yourself in an open session.
All sessions are 60 minutes.
You may prefer this if you are completely new to coaching, or you like the idea of experiencing coaching in a more structured way.
